Please, check in your voucher or on the website the program when and where to starts or ends your tour. Also, here below you have a short description:

• Airport: If you arrive by plane and airport transfer is included (or you purchased separately a transfer), we’ll meet you at the airport in the arrivals lounge after your plane landed, according to scheduled time or on the agreement. Our guide or driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival lounge with your name written on our signboard. Please, check our website or travel agency beforehand for the correct locations and time.

• Hotels & Accommodations: If you are already in a hotel/accommodation, the welcome meeting is scheduled on the day of arrival at 20:00 or on the agreement. If you arrive late at night the welcome meeting should be held next day before breakfast around 07:00. Please check in your voucher, our website or hotel reception, where will be a welcome meeting.
If you arrive at the hotel 1-2 days earlier welcome meeting will be held along with other passengers according to the program, but you can contact us for any other service or information.

• Other places: If you arrive at any other station except the airport, such as bus or railway station as well port and do not have transportation, please contact us. We will be happy to book your transportation (subject to availability).

• Please confirm your booking in accordance with terms and conditions online or contact the travel agency within 7 days of the booking date. Confirm booking immediately upon booking if it’s less than 7 days before the scheduled departure for the tout.
Bookings that are made online can be confirmed using My Account. The information available includes, you’ll be able to track the confirmation, track your payment status, boarding and arrival locations and you can also rate the tour after you finished the tour. Note: Bookings made by phone cannot be checked from My Account.

• Also, show either a paper or an electronic voucher to your tour guide at the start of the tour.

• It’s possible to organize as a private tour of – €, 1 – 7 people ( – € per person).

• The tour duration can be customized to your needs as a “mini-tour” 4 days / 3 or 4 nights, 8 days / 7 or 8 nights, 10 days / 9 or 10 nights or according to your wishes for a longer period. Contact us to customize to your needs.

• Montenegro Adventure keeps right to change hotels according to booking of stated hotels.

• Gratuity (Tip, Bakhshish): Your Montenegro Adventure crew never expect tip themselves and will not request for any. However, if you are pleased with our staff who have served you, and you still want to give tip, our staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.

• Clothes: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the trip. Hat or cap, sunscreen and appropriate sun protection clothing is required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.

• Participants on the tour are individuals or small groups of mixed nationalities.

• Children with parents or guardians, must be 2-12 years. Infants under 2 go free on this tour.
If you are under 18 you will need parental permission, unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).

To get the best possible accommodation in the category according to your program in the best location, we will confirm with the hotel/accommodation to do a favor for your best. Where exactly do you want to stay, you will get details when we have signed a contract with your accommodation.

E.g. we do so because instead of 4 stars hotel, you get 5 stars and better location. You can book a transfer to the city, where you have accommodation, then your name and address will be your accommodation but no later than 7 days before departure.

If you book with us your transfer to hotel/accommodation then you can also get the best terms and price as we give you discount on transfer if several travelers share the transfer.

The passenger is entitled to cancel the tour and is required to inform the organizers of the tour. Cancellation can be made directly on the website, or in writing including cancellation by e-mail. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, according to the law of the Organizer, expressed as a percentage of the total price, if the tour program is not otherwise stated, as follows:

• 5% if the tour is canceled up to 45 days before the start of the trip (early cancellation)
• 10% if the tour is canceled for one month, ie 30 days before the trip starts
• 20% if the tour is canceled 29 – 21 days before the start of the trip
• 40% if the tour is canceled 20 – 15 days before the start of the trip
• 80% if the tour is canceled 14 – 10 days before the start of the trip
• 90% if the tour is canceled 9 – 6 days before the start of the trip
• 100% if canceled 5 to 0 days before the start of the tour or during the tour

The passenger pays only the incurred costs to the Organizer if he canceled due to circumstances that he could not avoid or eliminate: illness or death of the passenger or spouse and children, first hereditary relatives, brother or sister, or a call for military exercise of passengers and elementary accidents are officially declared. For these cases, the passenger is required to submit written evidence to the Organizer.

In this case, the passenger is obliged to give written confirmation to the Organizer of the reason for cancellation issued by the competent authorities within 5 days. If the person who canceled the tour provides a suitable replacement or the organizer finds replacement the person is obliged to pay only the costs of the Organizer.
