If the customer does not cancel the first night of the booking and plans to check in for the following nights in the booking, the customer must confirm the changes in the booking by the date of the original check-in date to prevent the cancellation of the entire booking. If the customer does not confirm the change in the booking, the entire booking can be canceled. Refunds will only be paid to the customer in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the relevant Supplier referred to during the booking process.
A customer who does not cancel or change the booking within the notice period of the hotel that the customer has booked (notice period varies between hotels, usually 24 to 72 hours) before the date of arrival will be charged according to the fees shown in the General Terms and Conditions. Customers should keep in mind that some hotels do not allow changes or cancellations after a booking has been made.
Information on the hotel’s comfort level corresponds to the local standard in each country and these may differ from country to country and even within the same country. The classification should only be seen as a guideline. It is important to carefully read the individual hotel descriptions. Accommodation in hotels, regardless of classification, takes place in standard rooms unless otherwise stated.

When sightseeing, the order indicated for viewing the various sights should only be seen as a guideline. Montenegro Adventure and Suppliers can change the scheme.
Please read the information about meals, shown on the website or in the booking to see what is included. Parents are invited to bring special food to small children because it is not always available locally.
Overnight with breakfast, usually includes breakfast. Half board usually includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner, depending on the package trip in question. Full board usually includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodation that includes dinners is often initiated with dinner at the hotel on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast (half board) or lunch (full board) on day of departure. No compensation is paid for non-utilized meals.
The customer should keep in mind that drinks are not included in the meals unless otherwise stated on the website. If drinking water is not available, the customer must be responsible for it.

We can offer customers the opportunity to book a combination of two single tickets instead of a return ticket. Combined single tickets can provide more options and these tickets can be combined with the same tour or other tour or date.
You can combine variety bus stops on the same bus tour (see bus stops on itinerary) or choose a completely various bus tour with another roadmap to your destination on return, and another departure point at without additional costs.
Unlike return tickets, single tickets are subject to their own rules and restrictions.
Airport transport/transfer services can be offered separately or as part of a package tour, and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions (including travel terms, special terms for ticket prices). The Special Terms and Conditions may contain limitations and / or fees for cancellations and changes.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions of the airline and / or tour operator, especially with regard to flight check-in times. We recommend that the customer check in at least three hours before departure for international flights and at least two hours before departure for domestic flights. We also recommend that the customer is out on time to take into account any delays when traveling with connections, especially when transfer to another airport is required.
If an unforeseen event of the type of force majeure that could not have been avoided if all possible caution had been taken prevented the implementation of the trip to a large extent, it jeopardizes or interferes with it, either party can terminate the agreement.
Any additional costs for re-transportation, Montenegro Adventure is for. If the customer is the party affected by force majeure, Montenegro Adventure has no obligation to repay the amount of services that have not yet been performed. The customer is also responsible for paying any additional costs incurred in the re-transport to the place where the package travel started.
If the trip is not carried out under the agreement, the customer may request correction during the trip. The customer must cooperate in this case. The Customer is therefore obliged to take all reasonable steps to resolve the problem. The customer must avoid damage if possible or at least do his utmost to limit the damage. The customer is obliged to report deviations during the trip.
