Please, come 5 – 10 minutes before departing time at the (beach or pick up*) location after the driving schedule, or agreement. Also, look closely at the scheduled time and location where will you get on the car, minibus, or bus. 
Please, check your voucher, our website, or travel agency beforehand for the correct start on, and end-on locations and times. We can’t accept a late departure request.

According to the itinerary Pick up & Drop-off is:

– Not included in price any Pickup & Drop-off: (only on request and with surcharge)

– Only Pick up: at the scheduled (agreed) time

– Only Drop-off: at the scheduled (agreed) time

Arrive 5 – 10 minutes before Pick-up time at the boarding location after the driving schedule as Montenegro Adventure optimizes all boardings on the same activity. Also, look closely at the scheduled time and location where will get on the car (minibus).
We can’t accept a late departure request.

The type of vehicle can be a car, minivan, or minibus.

Please, check your voucher, our website, or your travel agency beforehand for the correct pick-up and drop-off locations and times.

Booking Confirmation:
Please confirm your booking in accordance with the terms and conditions or contact the travel agency. Confirm booking within 48 hours of the booking date by paying the full amount, or a 30% deposit, and the rest on the spot in the cash. Confirm booking immediately upon booking if it’s less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure for the tour by a deposit payment of the full amount.

Reduction and Increment Policy:
Reduction policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with already confirmed bookings, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of partners who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The reduction policy incorporates a strategy to meet partners “where they’re at,” to reduce the number of rooms (activities, or other services) and pax numbers, as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of the §4 Cancellation of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

Increment policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at increasing business sustainability associated with an already confirmed booking, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of a partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The increment policy incorporates a strategy to meet partners’ needs “where they’re at,” to increase numbers of pax making a larger group (or some smaller) as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

e-VOUCHER:
All Montenegro Adventure customers supply much good material to ensure a worry-free activity. Upon receipt of full payment, the customer receives an e-Voucher with all information and documents delivered by e-mail, that can be printed as PDFs, or redeemed on mobile.

This e-Voucher includes:

• A detailed personal itinerary
• Copies of your voucher and invoice
• A detailed map with the activity’s course

Voucher:
The customer is supposed to show either a paper or an e-Voucher to our staff or guide at the start of the activity.

Participants in this activity are individuals, families, or small groups.

It’s mandatory that children are with parents or guardians. If you are under 18 you will need parental permission, unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).

Children: Please, be sure to check in if the child’s age is limited.

In this activity we offer, the minimum age for children is 7 years. All children must have strong swimming skills and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

However, children under 7 years cannot do this activity, and parents must always supervise them. If there is a possibility, we can arrange childcare if parents want to leave their younger children to stay with our staff.

Change:
All changes are subject to availability and a price increase or equivalent administrative charge imposed during the booking process.

• For any type of change, please contact our Customer Center directly.
• The addresses or locations on the voucher are the places where you will be picked up and left.

Montenegro Adventure also reserves the right not to offer the tour if the ordered service differs too much from the service booked at the first opportunity. Changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are not allowed unless the transfer provider or destination requires otherwise.

Cancellation:
The customer is entitled to cancel the tour and is required to inform the Montenegro Adventure. Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Montenegro Adventure, expressed as a percentage of the total price, if it’s not otherwise stated, as follows:

• no cancellation fee, if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure
• 50% if cancelled 24 – 48 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% if cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled departure 
• If activity is missed due to delays or missing arrival, refunds will not be issued.
  We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

RELEASE:
It is recommended to book as early as possible in order to guarantee availability – or at least 48 hours before departure for a tour.

CUSTOMIZE THE TOUR:
– The tour duration with plenty of swimming, snorkelling, and some photo stops can stretch out to a full day. Contact us to customize it to your needs.
– The tour can be organized in another order than it is in the itinerary, as well as with other cities in the region for the group. Contact us for more information and prices.
– The tour can be organized in conjunction with other activities or tours. Contact us to meet your needs or according to your wishes.

CHANGE & ADJUST
– The program can be changed (eg, due to the weather, safety, etc.)
– The program time can be adjusted if needed (eg conditions, service, etc.)

– The price indicated is per person.
If you are travelling alone, when booking you may note the “single option” and you will join other participants or a group. Note that this option is sometimes not available. You can be charged a single supplement if you participate alone.

– Price is based per person , as well as according to the suggested date of the activity.

– To realize this activity must be at least 2 people (adults). Also, for the 1 person, it is possible to organize as a “single tour” (for a price an increase of 50% on the base price or contact us*).

* If during your reservation there are not enough participants, even so, you want to book this activity and pay a deposit, but in the meantime, other people have booked then, the basic price will be calculated and 50% of the surcharge will be refunded. Just let us know when booking this “shared” option (please, write “shared tour” in the note).

TIPPING (Gratuity, Bakhshish): Please note that tipping is customary in Montenegro since a service charge is not added to the bill for example meals at restaurants, taxi rides, and so on. However, a modest tip is always appreciated when left as a thank you to staff who have served you, for exceptional service on a guided tour or at a restaurant, for example. The staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a moderate to advanced difficult tour, with about 10 km paddling combined with swimming. We recommend you be physically fit for the trip.

SUGGESTED PACKING LIST: Bring sun protection (sunscreen hat, sunglasses), a bottle of drinking water, money for lunch/snack- we eat at a casual beachside café and camera. Also, swimwear, towel, and dry clothes. As well, aqua shoes for kayaking (swimming, and walking) on the rocky shoreline. Montenegro Adventure supplies all of your kayak/sup gear and equipment, dry bags for your personal items (wallet, camera, clothes, towel, and phone), which stay dry in your dry bag stored in your kayak bulkhead compartments while you are kayaking. In cooler weather, we supply waterproof paddle jackets.

CLOTHES: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. A hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing is required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
