Starts on:
You arrive by plane at Tivat and airport transfer to Kolašin is included. We’ll meet you at the airport Podgorica in the arrivals lounge after your plane landed, according to the scheduled time or on the agreement. Our guide or driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival lounge with your name written on our signboard.

Ends on:
Your tour ends at the airport Tivat. Your departure by plane from Tivat and airport transfer from the hotel is included.
Please, check our website or travel agency beforehand for the correct start and end locations and times.

Accommodation:
For each day, in the itinerary, you can separately see which place, as well as what type of accommodation you will be staying at.
In order to have the best accommodation for your travellers, in terms of both price and location, we will make flexible bookings with our accommodation partners and in the final agreement, we will inform the passenger about his/her accommodation 14 days before departure at the latest. This all means that you will get the best possible accommodation with the most attractive location, for a considerable price of course.

Many of the tour operators have accommodation located on the outskirts of the city or a long way from attractive places in order to get a lower price for their travel programs. Being far away from your desired location means that you will have additional transport costs and the unnecessary loss of your precious time during the stay. That’s why we want it to be our last option, and that the guest gets the best accommodation for all destinations during the tour.
E.g. In order to avoid the previously said, instead of 3 stars hotel, you may be offered 4 stars hotel with a better location, facilities or other content if it is the same class hotel.

Meals:
Half Board with breakfasts and dinners. Drinks are NOT included.
– You will get a daily breakfast buffet and dinner.
– Two lunches (rafting and canyoning tours) included in the price.
– Three lunch boxes for the trekking days pay on camp in cash.
NOTE: There are no food shops on the mountain. Also, there is no storage in the hut.
Please inform us in advance if you are a vegetarian or vegan, or in case you have special dietary requirements or allergies, and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

Activities:
For each day, in the itinerary you can separately see which place, as well as what type of activities you will have, or alternatively which optional activity you can book.
We will make a unique activity program in order to provide the best experience for our travellers, in terms of attractive activities and locations chosen by our team, as well as activities chosen by our partners. This all means that you will get the best possible enjoyment that will leave you breathless. Also, safety and service are the priority of all our offers.

Change:
All changes are subject to availability and a price increase or equivalent administrative charge may be imposed during the booking process.
• For any type of change, please contact our Customer Center directly.
• The addresses or location on the voucher are the places where you will be picked up and left.

Montenegro Adventure also reserves the right not to offer the tour if the ordered service differs too much from the service booked at the first opportunity. Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure time are not allowed unless the transfer provider or destination requires otherwise.

Cancellation:
You as a travel agency or Partner are entitled to cancel the tour and in doing so must inform the Montenegro Adventure.
Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel.
The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the cancellation fee, according to our General Terms and Conditions, which states that the cancellation fee is expressed as a percentage of the total tour price. If it’s not otherwise stated, the cancellation rules are as follows:
• Any booking cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 29 and 12 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 11 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

Reduction and Increment Policy:
Reduction policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with already confirmed bookings, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of the Partner who made the bookings as well as the Organizer.
The reduction policy incorporates strategy to meet partners “where they’re at,” to reduce numbers of room (activities, or other services) and pax numbers, as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of the §4 Cancellation of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

Increment policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at increase business sustainability associated with an already confirmed booking, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of a partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The increment policy incorporates a strategy to meet partner’s needs “where they’re at,” to increase numbers of pax making a larger group (or smaller) as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

• The tour can be organized in the other order than it is on the itinerary.
• Montenegro Adventure keeps the right to change hotels according to the booking of stated hotels.
• Montenegro Adventure keeps the right to change the price if service providers change prices.

• Children under 7 years can’t participate in activities on this tour.
• If you are under 18 you will need parental permission, unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).

Gratuity (Tip, Bakhshish): Your Montenegro Adventure crew never expect to tip themselves and will not request any. However, if you are pleased with our staff who have served you, and you still want to give tip, our staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.
Clothes: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. A hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing is required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
