We’ll meet 10-15 minutes earlier than the scheduled start time of the Horse Riding Durmitor Mount tour in Žabljak, at the parking lot at the starting point of the horseback riding, or as agreed for an early meeting. Please double-check your voucher or our website prior to arriving for the correct meeting location and time.
Upon arrival, hold a meeting with staff and other riders to discuss how to organise a riding group. Our experienced riding instructors, who will be your guides, will guide you on all that you need to know and will be with you during every step of the ride, especially if this is your first time riding a horse.
Preparing for safe riding. Full riding equipment included. Your horseback riding begins on the meadow with a short introduction to riding practice and safety procedures led by your riding instructor/guide.
If you arrive by car, please park in the chosen parking lot at the starting point of the horseback riding or in the alternative parking area along the road.

When on a 3-hour tour, you are going across the lake plateau to reach Devil’s Lake. Right after your visit to Devil’s Lake, you will continue on to another glacial lake – Fish Lake, a lake abundant with fish. While riding on the horse, you might even catch a glimpse of some fish.
Devil’s Lake, one of Durmitor Mountain’s 18 glacial lakes, is said by legend to be the cradle of the winged horse. Imagine riding a horse around this lake.
For rides lasting four hours or more, we create a route plan that considers both the group’s and our own proposals.
Horseback riding is ending, and we will take off the equipment and have a short break before departure.
