Head to Durmitor National Park and get adventurous with a hike to Bobotov Kuk, one of the highest peaks of Montenegro and enjoy a panoramic view from the peak Bobotov Kuk (2523m) of the surrounding mountains.
Enjoy unforgettable whitewater rafting Šljivansko – Žugića Luka through the famous Canyon Tara River, which is Europe´s deepest canyon and the second deepest in the world, after Grand Canyon in the USA. Experience Extreme Zipline, a fly of 1050 m across the world’s second deepest canyon at speeds that range up to 120 km/h! This adrenaline-filled zipline is classed as one of the fastest in Europe. A real treat for the greatest lovers of extreme adventures and wild nature.
The first day of this amazing tour is simply the day of arrival at Kolašin without some organized activities. Check in at your accommodation and then free time or set off on discovery to get a first feel for this mountain town.

In the morning, when you check out your accommodation, walk to Kolašin’s train station (09:30). At half-past nine, you will meet your tour guide at the train station for today’s Rafting Tara. Tara River Canyon takes pride in being the deepest canyon in Europe and after the Grand Canyon in the USA, the second deepest in the world. This gorgeous canyon is 80 km long and 1330 m deep, also under the protection of UNESCO.
Moreover, you will enjoy the unique Tara river with its crystal-clear water, wild rapids and waterfalls, well-known for their outstanding beauty. About 10 km of rapids and real rafting adventure on this attractive part of the Tara canyon from Šljivansko to Žugića Luka, river Tara provides a true experience in this beautiful green canyon with untouched wild nature. Also, the famous bridge Đurđevića Tara is an architectural masterpiece with five arches 172 meters above this incredible and unique river. To maximize your experience, we recommend an Extreme Zipline across the Tara canyon (cost 25 € – pay on the place).

After breakfast at 8 o’clock, you will meet your trekking guide at Žabljak’s downtown, on the square (Trg Durmitorskih ratnika), in front of the supermarket “Voli”. A journey towards the Saddle passes for stunning hiking on Durmitor mountain. During the journey, you will have an amazing view of the mountain and its natural environment. Arrive at the Saddle pass, the starting point for trekking, about 17 km from the Žabljak. During the trek, you will enjoy the view of the beautiful surroundings and Durmitor mountain.
The views you can see in its area are fantastic. Climb to the top of Bobotov Kuk and enjoy the views that will leave you breathless. The peak offers fantastic views of the distant horizons of the canyons Tara and Piva, and the highest mountains of Albania, Serbia, and Bosnia (Prokletije, Kopaonik, and Zelengora). The difficulty of this trekking on Bobotov Kuk peak is medium-difficult. The trekking time of this track is approx 6 hours with a 5,6 km total trekking.

And, as the evening approaches, you can rest your tired legs at one of the town’s restaurants with a delicious dinner!

About Canyon Nevidio: Upon arrival in Komarnica, we’ll enjoy an adventurous and scenic canyoning experience, one of the most impassable and most famous canyons in the country. The Nevidio Canyon is a place where millions of years ago the mountains of Durmitor and Vojnik crashed into each other. This is the last conquered canyon in Europe. The first encounter with Nevidio will take your breath away with its indescribable, fabulous and extraordinary beauty.
It starts at the very end of the valley, justifying its name, as the river Komarnica suddenly disappears in the strangely carved entrance and becomes invisible to the human eye. The biggest part of the canyon is in eternal shadow.
During canyoning, we will make 1-2 breaks, where participants can have refreshments, take photos and make videos. The unique beauty of the cascades and big waterfalls is more than sufficient reason to see and experience this incredible Canyon in Montenegro. The passage through the canyon will last about 4 hours.

Booking Confirmation:
Please confirm your booking following terms and conditions or contact the travel agency. Confirm booking within 7 days of the booking date by paying a 30% deposit, and the rest based on a payment plan. Confirm booking immediately upon booking if it’s less than 7 days before the scheduled departure for the tour by payment of the full amount.

Change:

Montenegro Adventure also reserves the right not to offer the tour if the ordered service differs too much from the service booked at the first opportunity. Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure time are not allowed unless the transfer provider or destination requires otherwise.
Cancellation:
The partner is entitled to cancel the tour and is required to inform the Montenegro Adventure. Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Montenegro Adventure, expressed as a percentage of the total price, if it’s not otherwise stated, as follows:

RELEASE:
It is recommended to book as early as possible to guarantee availability – or at least seven days before departure for a tour.
Note: We require a minimum of 3 people to confirm this trip.
If a trip is not confirmed yet, you can register on the waiting list and will be notified when the trip is officially confirmed, with guaranteed departure. We recommend not making final travel arrangements until your trip meets the minimum number of guests and is confirmed.
In most cases, if a trip does not reach the minimum number of guests, you may choose to transfer to another trip date or another trip, be refunded your payments in full, or you may have the choice to pay a supplemental fee to run the trip with fewer guests. We make the final determination for these trips 30 days before the departure date.

Participants & Children:
If you are under 18 you will need parental permission, unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).
Children’s minimum age:
Please, be sure to check in the travel program if the child’s age is limited. In most activities we offer, the minimum age for children is 7 years, but we also have tours where the age of the child is not limited.
However, children under 7 years (0-6 years) cannot do all the activities, and parents must always supervise them. If there is a possibility, we can arrange childcare if parents want to leave their younger children to stay with our staff.
The minimum age for Rafting, Canyoning, Walking or Trekking – is a child older than 7 years. Paragliding, Horseback riding and Quad (ATV) would be 10 years. The minimum age for Kayak, SUP and Rock Climbing is 12 years.
TIPPING (Gratuity, Bakhshish): Please note that tipping is customary in Montenegro since a service charge is not added to the bill for example meals at restaurants, taxi rides, and so on. However, a modest tip is always appreciated when left as a thank you to staff who have served you, for exceptional service on a guided tour or at a restaurant, for example. The staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is an easy/moderate difficult tour, with a few long sightseeing tours combined with wine tasting, multi-sport activities such as mountain, river rafting, and/or zip-lining. We recommend you be physically fit for the trip.
SUGGESTED PACKING LIST: Credit card, extra cash – euro € (currency), camera (possibly extra batteries and memory card), sunblock, sunglasses, sun hat or cap, swimwear and towel, sandals, waterproof bag (for your phone or camera), water bottle, smaller rucksack, flashlight/torch, personal first aid kit (possibly. hand sanitiser, mask).
CLOTHES: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. A hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing are required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
DON’T FORGET THE ESSENTIALS: Original passport, Certificate that you have been Covid 19 vaccinated, insurance card, personal medications, and other essentials you need during your stay.
