In the streets of Mostar’s Old Town and around the Old Bridge, various events and activities are often held, where you can find authentic handwork, taste the Bosnian cuisine, and take a look at the other domestic products. Trek to the Lake Trnovačko, which is reachable only by foot. Experience the Tara Canyon, and its river rapids on spectacular white-water rafting and understand why Tara Canyon is considered a very popular place to discover.
Relax on the shores of Lake Piva by kayaking, fishing or swimming in the largest drinking water reserve in the Balkans. Walk on the slopes of Durmitor mountain to discover the real life in villages. Get along the Tara riverside, get back to the camp and have fun swimming on the lakeside. Stop at one of the village households and see how “kajmak” (cream cheese) or hand-knitted wool socks are made.
If you are not landing directly at Dubrovnik Airport in the morning, but you are already in some accommodation in Dubrovnik, our guide/driver will meet you at 7:00 am at the Main Bus Station in Dubrovnik, at the main entrance on the corner of the building, (Obala Ivana Pavla II 44 A, Dubrovnik), or according to the agreement, and will take you to the Bosnia and Mostar. Mostar is one of the oldest and most popular settlements of Bosnia-Herzegovina, well known for its Old Bridge (Stari Most), historic old town, a diverse nightlife, and amazing examples of Ottoman architecture.
A charming old urban settlement with small narrow streets, lovely cafes, and comfortable restaurants, with a fantastic view of Stari Most, the Neretva River and the surrounding mountains. Along the way, we will make a few short stops to take photos, rest and enjoy the spectacular scenery.

We start our journey early in the morning from Mostar. Along the way, we will make a few short stops to rest and take photos before getting to our destination Tjentište. From there, we will travel with all-terrain vehicles towards the top of Maglić and Prijevor (1668 m). Halfway to Prijevor, at 1,280 meters above sea level, we will visit a landscaped viewpoint (about 400 m from the road through the forest), which offers an excellent view of the Skakavac waterfall. We continue our drive towards Prijevor, the starting point for our trekking.
Only by trekking, you can reach this incredible heart-shaped lake, that symbolizes love. Trnovačko Lake is located in the far northwest of Montenegro, near the border with BiH. Besides the Black Lake on Durmitor, this is one of the most beautiful lakes in Montenegro. The lake is surrounded by high mountains from the east, south and west, the most famous of them are Maglić and Volujak.
After this exciting trek ride continues to Montenegro and our campsite for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy this day tour with half-day rafting through the famous Tara Canyon in Montenegro, the deepest canyon in Europe, and the second deepest in the world (after the Grand Canyon in the USA). The canyon is in the UNESCO register of the world’s natural heritage. 18 km of water rapids will take us through the most attractive part of the canyon on the river Tara, from Brštanovica to Šćepan Polje, on a ride that will last around three or four hours.
On this adrenaline tour, you will see beautiful landscapes and experience more than 20 exciting water rapids that offer class 3 and class 4 rapids for rafting. After an amazing rafting and tasty lunch, we will drive to Plužine. Along the way, we make a few short stops to rest and enjoy the spectacular scenery at the largest drinking water reservoir in Europe, Piva lake and the 220-meter high hydropower.

Cancellation:
The partner is entitled to cancel the tour and is required to inform the Montenegro Adventure. Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Montenegro Adventure, expressed as a percentage of the total price, if it’s not otherwise stated, as follows:

RELEASE:
It is recommended to book as early as possible to guarantee availability – or at least seven days before departure for a tour.
Note: We require a minimum of 3 people to confirm this trip.
If a trip is not confirmed yet, you can register on the waiting list and will be notified when the trip is officially confirmed, with guaranteed departure. We recommend not making final travel arrangements until your trip meets the minimum number of guests and is confirmed.
In most cases, if a trip does not reach the minimum number of guests, you may choose to transfer to another trip date or another trip, be refunded your payments in full, or you may have the choice to pay a supplemental fee to run the trip with fewer guests. We make the final determination for these trips 30 days before the departure date.

If you are under 18 you will need parental permission, unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).
Children’s minimum age:
Please, be sure to check in the travel program if the child’s age is limited. In most activities we offer, the minimum age for children is 7 years, but we also have tours where the age of the child is not limited.
However, children under 7 years (0-6 years) cannot do all the activities, and parents must always supervise them. If there is a possibility, we can arrange childcare if parents want to leave their younger children to stay with our staff.
The minimum age for Rafting, Canyoning, Walking or Trekking – is a child older than 7 years. Paragliding, Horseback riding and Quad (ATV) would be 10 years. The minimum age for Kayak, SUP and Rock Climbing is 12 years.
TIPPING (Gratuity, Bakhshish): Please note that tipping is customary in Montenegro since a service charge is not added to the bill for example meals at restaurants, taxi rides, and so on. However, a modest tip is always appreciated when left as a thank you to staff who have served you, for exceptional service on a guided tour or at a restaurant, for example. The staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is an easy/moderate difficult tour, with a few long sightseeing tours combined with wine tasting, multi-sport activities such as mountain, river rafting, and/or zip-lining. We recommend you be physically fit for the trip.
SUGGESTED PACKING LIST: Credit card, extra cash – euro € (currency), camera (possibly extra batteries and memory card), sunblock, sunglasses, sun hat or cap, swimwear and towel, sandals, waterproof bag (for your phone or camera), water bottle, smaller rucksack, flashlight/torch, personal first aid kit (possibly. hand sanitiser, mask).
CLOTHES: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. A hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing are required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
