Arrival: Montenegro Adventure needs the information for the transportation request by email at the latest one week before arrival so that they can confirm the transportation and send you a contact number:

Arrival with Extra Nights:
Always check availability with Montenegro Adventure if your customer is not arriving on arrival day and/or needs extra pre/post nights as the accommodations might be fully booked.

Starts on: Šćepan Polje or Brštanovica (other places on request)
You arrive by car. We’ll meet you at the parking spot next to the rafting camp Šćepan Polje – Brštanovica in the parking lot after your car arrived, according to the scheduled time or on the agreement. Our guide/driver will be waiting for you at the parking lot with your name written on our Montenegro Adventure signboard. (You will receive more information in our extra information voucher at least 7 days before departure.)

Ends on: Šćepan Polje or Brštanovica (other places on request).
You depart by car. We’ll leave you at the parking lot by your car, according to the scheduled time or on the agreement. (You will receive more information in our extra information voucher at least 7 days before departure.)
In case to continue the tour, book accommodation in advance.

Baby/child car seat
– Baby/child car seat is only on request (if there is a possibility to use) and without charge.
– There are 2 baby/child seat types: 0-18 kg and 18-36 kg
– It’s possible that the client brings their own car seat(s). In most cases, the baby/infant travels (eg plane) in a baby/child/booster car seat, and we also recommend that use it in car/minibus

Accommodation
Accommodation: 2 nights in Šćepan Polje – Brštanovica Rafting Kamp, or similar – Included in price

We offer a variety of accommodations throughout the country in a range of categories to suit your budget, and in certain parts of the country we can set you up in something even more unique, like glamping or mountain huts.

Meals: Full board (FB) – Included
Your 3-day tour includes 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners and 2 lunches (1 lunch box by trekking). Other meals and beverages are not included and should be paid separately, or locally on-site.

Note, that no drinks are included with the meals (can include water, tea, coffee or juice), and purchased separately or on the spot.

Please inform us in advance if you are a vegetarian or vegan, or in case you have special dietary requirements or allergies, and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

In the itinerary, for each day, you can see separately which place as well as what type of activities you will have, or alternatively which optional activity you can book.
For our travellers to have the best experience in terms of attractive activities and locations with our choice of activity as well as activities from our partners, we make a unique activity program. Optional activities are best to book in advance because they can be restricted to a minimum / maximum number of persons especially by booking on the spot.

Booking Confirmation:
Please confirm your booking in accordance with terms and conditions or contact the travel agency. Confirm booking within 7 days of the booking date by paying a 30% deposit, and the rest on the basis of a payment plan. Confirm booking immediately upon booking if it’s less than 7 days before the scheduled departure for the tour by payment of the full amount.

NOTE: If you don’t confirm your booking within the stipulated period, your booking will be cancelled automatically. In that case, a new booking must be made, but then we don’t guarantee availability.

Reduction and Increment Policy: * ONLY PARTNERS OR AGENCY
Reduction policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with already confirmed bookings, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of the partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The reduction policy incorporates strategy to meet partners “where they’re at,” to reduce numbers of room (activities, or other services) and pax numbers, as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of the §4 Cancellation of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

Increment policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at increase business sustainability associated with an already confirmed booking, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of a partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.

The increment policy incorporates a strategy to meet partner’s needs “where they’re at,” to increase numbers of pax making a larger group (or smaller) as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

e-VOUCHER:
All of our customers who are travelling with Montenegro Adventure supplies with useful material to ensure a worry-free, yet adventurous travel tour. Upon receipt of full payment, the customer receives an e-Voucher with all material delivered by e-mail which can be printed as PDFs or redeemed on mobile.

This e-Voucher includes:
• A detailed itinerary
• Copies of your travel vouchers and invoices
• A detailed map with your route, activities, and stays marked

Voucher:
The customer is supposed to show either a paper or an extra information e-Voucher to our staff or tour guide at the start of the tour.

Change:
All changes are subject to availability and a price increase or equivalent administrative charge imposed during the booking process.
• For any type of change, please contact our Customer Center directly.
• The addresses or locations on the voucher are the places where you will be picked up and left. Montenegro Adventure also reserves the right not to offer the tour if the ordered service differs too much from the service booked at the first opportunity. Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure time are not allowed unless the transfer provider or destination requires otherwise.

Cancellation:
The partner is entitled to cancel the tour and is required to inform the Montenegro Adventure. Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Montenegro Adventure, expressed as a percentage of the total price, if it’s not otherwise stated, as follows:
• Any booking cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 29 and 12 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 11 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

Participants & Children:
• Participants on the tour are individuals or small groups.
• Children with parents or guardians must be 2-12 years.
Children under 7 years can’t participate in activities planned on this tour (see below children’s minimum age).

If you are under 18 you will need parental permission unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).

Children’s minimum age:
Please, be sure to check in the travel program if the child’s age is limited. In most activities we offer, the minimum age for children is 7 years, but we also have tours where the age of the child is not limited.

However, children under 7 years (0-6 years) cannot do all the activities, and parents must always supervise them. If there is a possibility, we can arrange childcare if parents want to leave their younger children to stay with our staff.

The minimum age for Rafting, Canyoning, Walking, or Trekking – child older than 7 years. Paragliding, Horseback riding, and Quad (ATV) would be 10 years. The minimum age for Kayak, SUP, and Rock Climbing is 12 years.

RELEASE:
It is recommended to book as early as possible in order to guarantee availability – or at least seven days before departure for a tour.

TIPPING (Gratuity, Bakhshish): Please note that tipping is customary in Montenegro since a service charge is not added to the bill for example meals at restaurants, taxi rides, and so on. However, a modest tip is always appreciated when left as a thank you to staff who have served you, for exceptional service on a guided tour or at a restaurant, for example. The staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is an easy/moderate difficult tour, with a hiking day combined with a day of river rafting, and/or zip-lining (optional). We recommend you be physically fit for the trip.
SUGGESTED PACKING LIST: Credit card, extra cash – euro € (currency), camera (possibly extra batteries and memory card), sunblock, sunglasses, sun hat or cap, swimwear and towel, underwear, sandals, comfortable trekking shoes, waterproof bag (for your phone or camera), water bottle, smaller backpack, snorkelling equipment, personal first aid kit (possibly. hand sanitiser).
CLOTHES: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. A hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing is required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
DON’T FORGET THE ESSENTIALS: Original passport, visa (if applicable), insurance card, personal medications, and other essentials you need during your stay.

– The price indicated is per person either sharing a double/triple room, as well as according to the suggested date of the tour.
If you are travelling alone, when booking you may note the “double room option” and we will allocate you to share with another single traveller of the same sex. Note that this option is sometimes unavailable. You will be charged a supplement if you are travelling by yourself and want a single room.

If there is an insufficient number of participants during your reservation and you want to book a “private tour” and pay a deposit, but in the meantime, other people also booked then, the basic price will be calculated. Just give us a notification when booking for this “basic” option.

Price policy*: The price of this tour is based per person (and by age)
*Our price policy: for adults is (12+), children from 2-12 (who have not reached the full 12 years), and infants (baby) 0-23 months (child) who have not reached the full 2 years.
– Adults are always from 12 years (excluding separate day-tours or activities).
– Children aged 2-12: for day-tours or activities, different discounts are depending on the program and the other included things in the price, and most often it is 5-25%.
*For some activities such as kayaking, paragliding, etc. there is no discount for children 2-12 years, and most of our activities are for children from 7 years.
Example: The age limits for practising ie canyoning – the lower limit is about 8 years, depending on the constitution of the child.
