– About hotel guests: Please follow the planned program for pick-up and drop-off locations and times. If you have agreed to a pick-up and drop-off service from the hotel, the boarding location will be the parking lot outside the hotel or in front of the hotel at the agreed time specified in the voucher or by agreement.
– About other guests: If you come on your own, in your car or bus, you will be at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the “welcome meeting“ and departure. Please, check our website or travel agency beforehand for the correct locations and times.
Note: If you can’t find transportation to get to us, we will be happy to organize transportation (dependent on availability).

Booking Confirmation:
Please confirm your booking following terms and conditions or contact the travel agency. Confirm the booking within 7 days of the booking date by paying a 30% deposit, and the rest based on a payment plan. Confirm the booking immediately upon booking if it is less than 7 days before the scheduled departure for the tour by paying the full amount.

NOTE: If you don’t confirm your booking within the stipulated period, it will be cancelled automatically. In that case, a new booking must be made, but then we don’t guarantee availability.

A reduction policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with already confirmed bookings, built on a belief in and respect for the rights of the partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The reduction policy incorporates a strategy to meet partners “where they’re at” to reduce numbers of rooms (activities or other services) and pax numbers as necessary, addressing conditions of use along with the use of §4 Cancellation of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

The increment policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at increasing business sustainability associated with an already confirmed booking, built on a belief in and respect for the rights of a partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The increment policy incorporates a strategy to meet partners’ needs “where they’re at” to increase numbers of pax making a larger group (or smaller) as necessary, addressing conditions of use along with the use of general terms and conditions for partners and travel agencies.     

e-VOUCHER:
All of our customers who are travelling with Montenegro Adventure are supplied with useful material to ensure a worry-free, yet adventurous, travel tour. Upon receipt of full payment, the customer receives an e-voucher with all material delivered by e-mail which can be printed as PDFs or redeemed on mobile.

This e-voucher includes the following:
• A detailed itinerary
• Copies of your travel vouchers and invoices
• A detailed map with your route, activities and stays marked

Voucher:
The customer is supposed to show either a paper or an e-voucher to our staff or tour guide at the start of the tour.

Accommodation: 1 night in hotels, guest houses or chalet – Included in the price

In the itinerary, for each day, you can see separately which place as well as what type of accommodation you will be staying at.

Your 2-day tour includes one breakfast. 

Other meals are not included and should be paid for separately or locally on-site. In the itinerary, for each day, you can see separately which meals you will have, as well as what type of meals they are.  

Note that no drinks are included with the meals (can include water, tea, coffee or juice) and are purchased separately or on the spot.

Please inform us in advance if you are a vegetarian or vegan, or in case you have special dietary requirements or allergies, and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

Optional activities are best to book in advance because they can be restricted to a minimum / maximum number of persons especially by booking on the spot.

Change:
All changes are subject to availability and a price increase or equivalent administrative charge imposed during the booking process.

• The addresses or locations on the voucher are the places where we will pick you up and drop you off.

• Montenegro Adventure also reserves the right not to offer the tour if the ordered service differs too much from the service booked at the first opportunity. Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure time are only allowed if required by the transfer provider or destination.

• Cancellation:
  The partner is entitled to cancel the tour and is required to inform Montenegro Adventure. Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Montenegro Adventure, expressed as a percentage of the total price, if it’s not otherwise stated, as follows:

  We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

• Any booking cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 29 and 12 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 11 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

RELEASE:
It is recommended to book as early as possible to guarantee availability – or at least seven days before departure for a tour.

Note: We require a minimum of 2 people to confirm this trip.
If a trip is not yet confirmed, you can register on the waiting list and will be notified when the trip is officially confirmed with a guaranteed departure. We recommend not making final travel arrangements until your trip meets the minimum number of guests and is confirmed.

In most cases, if a trip does not reach the minimum number of guests, you may choose to transfer to another trip date or another trip and be refunded your payments in full, or you may have the choice to pay a supplemental fee to run the trip with fewer guests. We make the final determination for these trips 30 days before the departure date.

Participants & Children:

• Participants on the tour are individuals or in small groups.
  • Children with parents or guardians must be aged between 2 and 12 years.
  Children under 7 years old can’t participate in activities planned for this tour (see below for the children’s minimum age).

If you are under 18, you will need parental permission unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).

Children’s minimum age:

Please be sure to confirm in the travel program if the child’s age is limited. In most activities we offer, the minimum age for children is 7 years, but we also have tours where there is no age limit for children.

However, children under 7 years (0-6 years) cannot do all the activities, and parents must always supervise them. If possible, we can arrange childcare for parents who want to leave their younger children with our staff.

The minimum age for rafting, canyoning, walking or trekking is a child older than 7 years. Paragliding, horseback riding and quad (ATV) have a minimum age of 10 years. The minimum age for kayaking, SUP and rock climbing is 12 years.

TIPPING (Gratuity, Bakhshish): Please note that tipping is customary in Montenegro since a service charge is not added to the bill for, for example, meals at restaurants, taxi rides, and so on. However, a modest tip is always appreciated when left as a thank you to staff who have served you, for exceptional service on a guided tour or at a restaurant, for example. The staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This tour is an easy/moderately difficult tour, with a few long sightseeing tours combined with wine tasting and multi-sport activities such as mountain biking, river rafting, and/or zip-lining. We recommend you be physically fit for the trip.
SUGGESTED PACKING LIST: Credit card; extra cash – euro (€) (currency); camera (possibly extra batteries and memory card); sunblock, sunglasses, sun hat or cap, swimwear and towel, sandals, waterproof bag (for your phone or camera), water bottle, smaller rucksack, flashlight/torch, and personal first aid kit (possibly hand sanitiser, mask).

CLOTHES: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. A hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing are required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
