Multi-activity short break in Montenegro

Starts on:
You arrive by plane at Dubrovnik and airport transfer to Budva is included. We’ll meet you at the airport Dubrovnik in the arrivals lounge after your plane landed, according to the scheduled time or on the agreement. Our guide or driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival lounge with Montenegro Adventure written on our signboard.

Ends on:
You depart by plane from Airport Dubrovnik and airport transfer from Žabljak is included. We’ll drop off you at the airport Dubrovnik next to the departure entrance, at least 2 hours before your plane departure time, according to the scheduled time or on the agreement.

Airport transfers from/to Dubrovnik Airport to your accommodation in Budva (or in agreement from other locations on Budva Riviera), as well as Žabljak, is included in price.

In the itinerary, for each day, you can see separately which place as well as what type of accommodation you will be staying at.

For our travellers to have the best accommodation in terms of both price and location with our accommodation partners, we make flexible bookings and in the final agreement, we will inform the passenger about his accommodation no later than 14 days before departure. All this means that you get the best possible accommodation with the most attractive location, which will cost you nothing more.

Many tour operators have accommodation located on the outskirts of the city or a long way from attractive places to get a lower price in their travel programs. In this way, passengers are given additional transport costs and the loss of precious time during the stay to visit the desired location. That’s why we want it to be our last option, and that the guest gets the best accommodation on all destinations during the tour.

E.g. we do so because instead of your hotel of 3 stars, you may get a 5 stars hotel, or perhaps a better location, facilities or other if it is the same hotel class.

Meals:
Without meals – 1 lunch included in canyoning tour. Dinner NOT included.
Please inform us in advance if you are a vegetarian or vegan, or in case you have special dietary requirements or allergies, and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

Activities:
In the itinerary, for each day, you can see separately which place as well as what type of activities you will have, or alternatively which optional activity you can book.

For our travellers to have the best experience in terms of attractive activities and locations with our choice of activity as well as activities from our partners, we make a unique activity program. All this means that you get the best possible enjoyment with the most attractive activities, that will leave you breathless. Also, safety and service are the priority of all our activities offerings.

Optional activities:
Optional activities are best to book in advance because they can be restricted to a minimum / maximum number of persons especially by booking on the spot.

Change:
All changes are subject to availability and a price increase or equivalent administrative charge may be imposed during the booking process.
• For any type of change, please contact our Customer Center directly.
• The addresses or location on the voucher are the places where you will be picked up and left.

Montenegro Adventure also reserves the right not to offer the tour if the ordered service differs too much from the service booked at the first opportunity. Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure time are not allowed unless the transfer provider or destination requires otherwise.

Cancellation:
You as a travel agency or Partner are entitled to cancel the tour and in doing so must inform the Montenegro Adventure.
Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel.
The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the cancellation fee, according to our General Terms and Conditions, which states that the cancellation fee is expressed as a percentage of the total tour price. If it’s not otherwise stated, the cancellation rules are as follows:
• Any booking cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 29 and 12 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 11 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

Reduction and Increment Policy:
Reduction policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with already confirmed bookings, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of the Partner who made the bookings as well as the Organizer.
The reduction policy incorporates strategy to meet partners “where they’re at,” to reduce numbers of room (activities, or other services) and pax numbers, as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of the §4 Cancellation of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

Increment policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at increase business sustainability associated with an already confirmed booking, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of a partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The increment policy incorporates a strategy to meet partner’s needs “where they’re at,” to increase numbers of pax making a larger group (or smaller) as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

• The tour can be organized in the other order than it is on the itinerary.
• Montenegro Adventure keeps the right to change hotels according to the booking of stated hotels.
• Montenegro Adventure keeps the right to change the price if service providers change prices.

Gratuity (Tip, Bakhshish): Your Montenegro Adventure crew never expect to tip themselves and will not request any. However, if you are pleased with our staff who have served you, and you still want to give tip, our staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.
Clothes: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. A hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing is required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
