Montenegro Adventure needs the information for the transfer/shuttle request by email at the latest one week before arrival so that they can confirm the transfer/shuttle and send you a contact number:

– Customer’s name
– Customer contact number (mobile phone)
– Arrival date & time
– The airline, flight number, arrival airport

Inform your customers that they might have to wait for their transfer/shuttle for some time as Montenegro Adventure optimizes all the arrivals on the same day.

Arrival with Extra Nights:
Always check availability with Montenegro Adventure if your customer is not arriving on arrival day and/or needs extra pre/post nights as the accommodations might be fully booked.

Starts on:
You arrive by plane at Podgorica and airport transfer to Podgorica is included. We’ll meet you at the airport Podgorica in the arrivals lounge after your plane landed, according to the scheduled time or on the agreement. Our guide or driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival lounge with Montenegro Adventure written on our signboard. Airport Podgorica is arrival airports recommended for this tour because it provides much shorter transfer times to accommodation on Day 1.

Ends on:
Your tour ends at the Airport Podgorica, or by agreement. In case to continue the tour, stay in Podgorica.
Please, check our website or travel agency beforehand for the correct start and end on locations and times.

Airport Transfers:
Airport transfers from/to Podgorica Airport to your accommodation in Podgorica (or in agreement from other locations on Podgorica) is included in price.

Transportation:
Transportation between destinations and during all activities according to the program is included.

Accommodation:
In the itinerary, for each day, you can see separately which place as well as what type of accommodation you will be staying at.
For our travelers to have the best accommodation in terms of both price and location with our accommodation partners, we make flexible bookings and in the final agreement, we will inform the passenger about his accommodation no later than 14 days before departure. All this means that you get the best possible accommodation with the most attractive location, which will cost you nothing more.
Many tour operators have accommodation located on the outskirts of the city or a long way from attractive places to get a lower price in their travel programs. In this way, passengers are given additional transport costs and the loss of precious time during the stay to visit the desired location. That’s why we want it to be our last option, and that the guest gets the best accommodation on all destinations during the tour.
E.g. we do so because instead of your hotel of 4 stars, you may get a 5 stars hotel, or perhaps a better location, facilities or other if it is the same hotel class.

Meals:
Half-board – Breakfast and lunch. Dinners not included
Please inform us in advance if you are a vegetarian or vegan, or in case you have special dietary requirements or allergies, and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

Activities:
In the itinerary, for each day, you can see separately which place as well as what type of activities you will have, or alternatively which optional activity you can book.
For our travelers to have the best experience in terms of attractive activities and locations with our choice of activity as well as activities from our partners, we make a unique activity program. All this means that you get the best possible enjoyment with the most attractive activities, that will leave you breathless. Also, safety and service are at the priority of all our activities offerings.

Change:
All changes are subject to availability and a price increase or equivalent administrative charge imposed during the booking process.

• For any type of change, please contact our Customer Center directly.
• The addresses or location on the voucher are the places where you will be picked up and left.

Montenegro Adventure also reserves the right not to offer the tour if the ordered service differs too much from the service booked at the first opportunity. Changes made less than 7 days before scheduled departure time are not allowed unless the transfer provider or destination requires otherwise.
Cancellation:

The partner is entitled to cancel the tour and is required to inform the Montenegro Adventure. Cancellation can be made on our website or by e-mail: booking@montenegroadventure.travel. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Montenegro Adventure, expressed as a percentage of the total price, if it’s not otherwise stated, as follows:

• Any booking canceled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date pays a 10% fee.
• Bookings canceled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings canceled between 29 and 12 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings canceled less than 11 days from the arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

Reduction and Increment Policy
Reduction policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with already confirmed bookings, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of the partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The reduction policy incorporates strategy to meet partners “where they’re at,” to reduce numbers of room (activities, or other services) and pax numbers, as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of the §4 Cancellation of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

Increment policy is a practical strategy and idea aimed at increase business sustainability associated with an already confirmed booking, built on a belief in, and respect for, the rights of a partner who made bookings as well as the Organizer.
The increment policy incorporates a strategy to meet partner’s needs “where they’re at,” to increase numbers of pax making a larger group (or smaller) as necessary addressing conditions of use along with the use of General Terms and Conditions for Partners and Travel Agencies.

The tour can be organized in the other order than it is on the itinerary.
– Montenegro Adventure keeps the right to change hotels according to the booking of stated hotels.
– Montenegro Adventure keeps the right to change the price if service providers change prices.

Participants on the tour are individuals or small groups.
Children with parents or guardians must be 2-12 years.
Children under 7 years can’t participate in activities on this tour.
If you are under 18 you will need parental permission, unless you travel in the company of an adult (18 years of age or older).

Gratuity (Tip, Bakhshish): Your Montenegro Adventure crew never expect tip themselves and will not request for any. However, if you are pleased with our staff who have served you, and you still want to give tip, our staff will appreciate it and be grateful for your gesture.
Clothes: Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the tour. Hat or cap, sunscreen, and appropriate sun protection clothing is required during warmer months. A small umbrella or raincoat for rain will be useful in case of light rain. The weather in the mountains of Montenegro can be very unpredictable (warmer clothing for months other than summer). Please prepare for various weather conditions.
