Please note that this flexible 24-hour policy applies specifically to our day activities and short tours (typically lasting from 30 minutes to a few hours). Because these are easy to book and reschedule, we can offer maximum flexibility.
Note: This policy does not apply to our multiday tours, custom travel packages, or bookings involving third-party accommodation. Those experiences require significant advance logistics and follow a separate set of terms provided at the time of booking.

We know plans change. To keep things fair for our guides and other travellers, we use the following simple policy:
Free Cancellation (24h+ Notice):
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time for a 100% refund or a free date change.
Late Cancellation (Within 24h):
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour (including same-day) receive a 50% refund.
No-Show (Non-Refundable):
Participants who do not arrive at the meeting point without prior notice will be charged the full price (0% refund)
Weather Guarantee:
If we cancel due to unsafe conditions (high winds/storms), you choose: a full refund or an alternative date.
If you need to make a change to your day activity, simply reach out to our support team with your booking reference. We’ll check availability for your new dates immediately. If you need to cancel, we process refunds promptly based on the timeline outlined in our policy.
